Delivery and pickup

Pickup from the shop

Order online or on WhatsApp and collect from our shop on the Ukunda–Ramisi Road, opposite Naivas in Ukunda. We will message you when your order is ready, so please wait for that message before travelling.

Delivery

Choose Delivery at checkout and tell us your area. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm:

• whether we can deliver to you and how soon,
• the delivery fee, which depends on distance and the size of your order,
• the final total including delivery.

You do not pay anything on this website. Delivery fee, payment and timing are agreed on WhatsApp before your order is released.

Before you order

• Prices and stock on the website are updated from our shop system, but items can sell out. We always confirm availability first.
• Items marked Ask for availability may be out of stock right now; message us and we will tell you if we can order them in.
• For big or heavy orders, send your materials list so we can plan the delivery.
