Returns and warranty

We want you to get the right item the first time. Please check your goods before you leave the shop or as soon as your delivery arrives.
If something is wrong
Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone as soon as you notice the problem, and quote your order reference. Please keep:
- your receipt or order reference,
- the item and its packaging, unused where possible.
We will tell you whether we can exchange or repair the item.
Warranty
Some products, such as electrical equipment from specific brands, carry a manufacturer or shop warranty and some do not. We will confirm the warranty that applies to your product when you order. Normal wear, damage from wrong installation and damage from misuse are not usually covered.
Cut-to-length and special orders
Cable, pipe and other items cut to your length, and items ordered in specially for you, may not be returnable. We will tell you before you pay.
